Dr. Josh Rodley, DC

Hi – I’m Dr. Josh Rodley (but you can call me Josh)! I’m a chiropractor and exercise enthusiast with a background in sports performance and injuries. I’m here to help you navigate your way to recovery from any pain or injuries you encounter and to help you achieve YOUR health and performance goals.

I’ve always had the goal of working in health care, which was sparked by my love of anatomy, biology, and sports along with a passion for helping others. Chiropractic presented an opportunity to work closely with patients to help them overcome their musculoskeletal ailments. I have experienced plenty of injuries throughout my life, including a broken leg, torn ACL, and various sprains and muscle tears. I learned that each injury is different from the next, and a situation/patient-specific approach is the gold standard.

I’ve had the honor of studying kinesiology at Queen’s University prior to my chiropractic studies, where I was part of a strength and conditioning internship and completed an additional research stream. I had the opportunity to work with varsity athletes in an athletic therapy setting as well, which further grew my interest in helping people through their pain and injuries.

To best serve the public, I completed additional training in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (sFMA), Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), Performance Therapy, and will be completing training in neurofunctional acupuncture this Fall. Through thorough assessment, we will come up with the best treatment plan fitted specifically to YOU.

I strive to work with you to help you reach YOUR goals, whatever they may be. My goal is to provide you with the tools to be in control of your own pain and recovery, while always being there in your corner. To achieve this, I take an evidence-based approach to treatment, using various manual techniques, exercises, education, and reassurance to bridge the gap between injury and recovery (whatever that looks like for you).

Now- if you’re ready to take control of your pain and get back to doing the things you love to do, I am here for you!
